Prof. V. Balakista Reddy

Prof. V. Balakista Reddy is a distinguished scholar and one of India's leading voices in the field of International Air and Space Law. With pioneering contributions to legal education, research, and policy discourse on space activities, Prof. Reddy has played a significant role in advancing the study of Space Law in India. His academic work, publications, and sustained engagement with issues relating to national space legislation have contributed immensely to the development of this emerging discipline. To his credit, he has authored around 10 books in the field of Air and space law.

Shri G.Narayanan

Shri G.Narayanan served the NewSpace India Ltd, the commercial arm of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), as Chairman and Managing director for nearly a year. Before taking this assignment, he Served ISRO in several capacities since 1983. Areas of activity were primarily in Launch Vehicle Projects, Manufacturing, Materials, Quality assurance and Systems Reliability. He was part of the Cryogenic propulsion technology team and served as First Secretary (Space) at the Embassy of India in Paris, France and ISRO Technical Liaison Officer for Europe for 4 years on a Diplomatic assignment. Had represented India in various international fora.

Shri V. Gopala Krishnan

Shri V. Gopala Krishnan, FIE, has served as Policy Analyst on Space Law and Policy matters at ISRO HQ. His overall professional experience over thirty years in ISRO includes a good blend of techno-managerial and legal aspects of space activities. He had been a member of Indian Delegation to various international forums such as UNCOPUOS, UNIDIR, UNIDROIT and MTCR Technical Experts Meetings. He has worked on the formulation of the first draft legislation on the space activities in India.

Dr. Vinod Kumar

Dr.Vinod Kumar serves as the Director of the Promotion Directorate at the Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe), after spending over 25 years as a senior space scientist and former division head at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).

Prof. S.G. Sreejith

Prof. (Dr.) Sreejith S.G. is a the founding vice chancellor of Nirmala Devi University, Sikkim. He is a distinguished legal scholar whose research spans international law, air law, and space law. He has published extensively in leading journals, including the Journal of Space Law, Air and Space Law, and Space Policy. His contributions to space law focus on the evolving legal and governance challenges of outer space activities
