Registration Instructions :
Participants of KSPACE can register using the same portal as ASTRA 2025.
1. Mandatory Registration:
All participants—whether an author, co-author, or attendee—must register through the official registration portal to attend the symposium events.
2. Extended Abstract Submission:
- Abstracts are to be uploaded via the Extended Abstract Submission page
- During registration, please enter the Paper ID you received during abstract submission.
- Authors will be notified of abstract acceptance by on or before June 10, 2025 via email.
- Acceptance of an abstract does not imply automatic registration. All authors and co-authors intending to attend the symposium must register separately, even if they are associated with the same paper.
3. Registration Deadline
The online registration portal will remain open until 13 June 2025. There will be spot registration at the venue.
4. Registration Fees
- INR 750 for ASTRA Symposium (13-14 June)
- INR 250 for the pre-symposium workshop organised by K-Space (12 June)
Note: The registration fee includes lunch and snacks.
5. Fee Waiver
ISHMT members are eligible for fee waivers for the ASTRA symposium as communicated to them.
6. Document Upload
Please upload a clear copy of your Aadhaar card in PDF format.
The file size must not exceed 600 kB.
- All participants are requested to carry their Aadhar ID card and institutional ID card to the venue.
7. Accommodation
On-campus accommodation is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants who opt for accommodation will be contacted via email with a token number and other details. Please indicate your preferred check-in and check-out date and time below.
