All submissions must use the official ASTRA-2025 Extended Abstract Template, available in Word and LaTeX formats on the conference website.

Submit a PDF file (max 1 MB, fonts embedded) or the editable source file (.docx or .tex)

Submissions must be made via the Microsoft CMT portal (link will be provided).

Abstracts should not exceed 2 A4 pages, including figures, tables, and references.

A short summary (max 900 characters) must be included at the beginning of the abstract.

Formatting is pre-defined in the template—no manual formatting is required.

Submissions will undergo a single round of review. Accepted abstracts will be assigned to oral or poster sessions based on merit and relevance
