Author Experience & Eligibility

• Submissions are encouraged from individuals at various stages of their academic journey, including doctoral scholars, research fellows, postgraduate, and undergraduate students.
• Authors may present either their academic project work or original research contributions aligned with the symposium's themes.
• Only one extended abstract per author will be allowed for presentation.

Language

• The official language of the symposium and all submissions is English.

Plagiarism Notification

• All submissions will be screened for plagiarism using professional tools.
• Any manuscript found to contain plagiarized content will be rejected without review.

Registration Fees

• A nominal registration fee of ₹ 1000 for student/PDF, ₹ 1500 for Research Scholars/PDF and ₹ 3000 for Faculty/Industry per participant is applicable (Excluding GST).

Attendance Expectation

• At least one author of each accepted abstract must complete registration and attend the symposium to present their work in oral format.
• Additional co-authors or group members are welcome to register separately to attend the symposium if they wish.

Note to Authors: Acceptance of an abstract does not guarantee registration. Authors must complete the registration process separately using the link provided on the official symposium website. Only presented paper will be considered for conference proceedings
