Submission Guidelines

  • All submissions must use the official ASTRA-2026 Abstract Template, available in Word format and LaTeX format.
  • Submit a PDF file (max 1 MB, fonts embedded).
  • Extended Abstracts should not exceed 2 A4 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
  • Formatting is pre-defined in the template - no manual formatting is required.
  • Submissions must be made via the Microsoft CMT portal .
