Registration Guidelines

Please read the following instructions carefully before starting your registration.

1: Create Your Registration Profile

Enter your personal details:

• Title
• Full Name
• Email Address
• Mobile Number
• WhatsApp Number (optional)
• Gender
• Professional Status
• Organization/Institute Name

Please ensure that your email address and phone number are entered correctly, as all conference updates will be sent through these details.

2: Select Your Registration Category

Choose one of the following categories:

Presenting Author

Select this option if you are presenting a paper at the conference.

You will be required to provide:

• CMT Paper ID
• Paper Title

You may also refer to the Abstract Submission Instructions if needed:

Participant

Select this option if you are attending the conference as a participant.

3: Accommodation Request (Optional)

Indicate whether you require accommodation at IIST.

If you select "Yes":

You must provide:

• Check-in Date
• Check-out Date

Important:

Accommodation is available only between:
4th June - 6th June

Please select your dates only within this period.
Dates outside this range will not be accepted.

Note:
Please contact the Accommodation Committee (Click here) before arriving at IIST.

4: Identity Verification

For security clearance at the campus entry gate, you must provide:

• Aadhaar Number
• Scanned copy of Aadhaar Card

Accepted file formats:

• PDF
• JPG
• JPEG
• PNG

Maximum file size: 600 KB

Please ensure the uploaded document is clear and readable.

5: Select Hands-on Session (Optional)

Choose your preferred session:

MATLAB Session

Participation is limited to the first 80 successfully registered participants and is confirmed only after payment.

Advanced Manufacturing Workshop

Open to all registered participants, subject to registration confirmation.

6: Complete Registration Payment

After clicking Submit and Proceed to Payment button, your account will be created successfully. You will then need to log in using your registered credentials in the email and complete the payment process to confirm your registration.

After successful registration and payment:

• You will receive a confirmation email.
• Payment confirmation may take some time to reflect in the system.
• Keep your registration confirmation email for future reference.
