Account Creation
There is no registration fee for the workshop. 
The list of final selected participants will be published by 10th November 2025.
The workshop is open to participants who meet any of the following criteria:
- Affiliations with an institution based in India or an ESA Member State.
- Membership in the Aditya-L1, Solar Orbiter, or Proba-3 teams.
- Indian citizenship, regardless of institutional affiliation.
The list of final selected participants will be published by 10th November 2025.
Note: International travelers will need to obtain a Visa to attend the workshop. Foreign participants need to fill in the Visa Information Form by logging into the profile account.
To register for the workshop, participants need to create an account with their profile details. After creating profile in the account, participants will receive a registration number and a password to login by email. They can use that to login and submit an abstract.
