Accommodation for conference participants (Indian) will be available at the VSSC Guest House, located near Veli Tourist Village, Thiruvananthapuram. The guest house offers well-appointed rooms overlooking the scenic Veli Lake and is just a 10-minute walk from the Venue.

• Room tariff: ₹250 per person per day for single occupancy.
• For Student participants: Free on twin-sharing basis

Please book the accommodation if you wish to stay in the Government Guest House. Note that filling this form does not confirm your booking. Only selected participants will be provided accommodation. You will receive confirmation after the abstract selection deadline.

For participants who prefer to stay in hotels, the following options near the venue are suggested. Hotel bookings should be made directly by the participants.

Foreign participants: Government guest house accommodation is not available due to restrictions. We suggest booking one of the recommended hotels listed below.
