Registration and Selection of Participants

To register for the workshop, participants need to create an account with their profile details. After creating profile in the account, participants will receive a registration number and a password to login by email. They can use that to login and submit an abstract. The submission of an abstract is mandatory to be considered for selection by the SOC.


Create Account Login

The selected Indian participants will need to pay the registration fees through their account. The payment link will be enabled for the selected participants. Foreign participants can pay the registration fees at the Venue during the workshop.

The registration fees for the workshop are as follows:

  • Indian Participants:
    Students (PhD): 3,000 INR
    Regular: 6,000 INR

  • Foreign Participants (anyone affiliated with a non-Indian institute/organization): 10,000 INR

Support

The selected students will be provided free accomodation at the guest house. Limited travel support is available for a few Indian participants.
